The Silent War
Presentation Design
The Silent War is a presentation on Military Sexual
Trauma with the objective of inspiring the public
to support veterans coming home. The focus is on
the sensitive and emotional nature of what some
servicewomen go through to help to put things
in perspective for those that are in a position to
give support.
In-depth research was done, and statistics were
gathered to accurately portray the circumstances.
Information and options, on what the next steps
are in offering support, were included towards
the conclusion.
The imagery and colors were chosen to give
femininity to the presentation, and were staggered
throughout the slides to create a flow that added
to the storytelling. The typography used reinforced
the military background and informational nature
of the presentation, while taking care not to be
too abrasive.
